Hollywood celebrities have been known to appear at red carpets looking like they forgot some parts of their clothing or undergarments at home, but supermodel; Kate Moss took it a notch further on Tuesday night at the Paris Fashion Week party where she appeared to have lost her pants somewhere… somehow.
