'My Oga At The Top' Lagos commandant Mr. Obafaiye Shem has finally been replaced by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC.
Reasons were not given for the replacement as the Commandant General of NSCDC, Dr. Olu Abolurin, introduced the new Commandant to journalists - Mr. Adesuyi Clement from Oyo State Command.
